Remote Job Co-Pilot
The job search itself, run as an operating system: automate discovery and preparation, keep every decision and submission human.

01 · Context
Where this came from.
A serious search creates enormous repetitive work: discovery, deduplication, fit analysis, tailoring, follow-up. The volume crowds out the judgment that actually matters. So I built the search a system — the same eliminate → automate → delegate → do hierarchy I use in business, applied to my own hiring funnel.
02 · What I owned
Mine, personally.
- The operating model: search lanes, evidence structure, and preparation pipeline
- The boundary design: what the system may do alone, and what stays human
- The AI-assisted preparation flow — fit analysis and résumé tailoring grounded in source material
03 · What's true (single-sourced)
What a skeptic should know.
129 live roles discovered across 5 search lanes; 29 applications prepared; 0 submitted automatically — every submission is made by me, by hand. Numbers as of August 2026, from the system's own dashboard.
04
How it's built
- 5 search lanes discovering and normalizing live opportunities daily
- Fit analysis and tailoring grounded in the actual job posting — no generic spray
- A work-in-progress gate that caps the ready queue, so quality never chases volume
- Hard controls: consent, legal attestations, and submission stay with the applicant
Yes — this search runs on a system I built. Discovery and preparation are automated; every submission is made by me, by hand.
05 · What this transfers to
Why it matters in-house.
- Exactly the shape of most ops automation problems: high volume, real stakes, human accountability
- Boundary design — the discipline of deciding what not to automate
- Personal proof that AI leverage compounds when the process around it is honest
What to verify
Screenshots and the live dashboard are a call away; the counts above are dated.
Ask how attestations and submissions are kept human — the answer is architectural, not policy.
